Summary

Senior Technical Product Manager at Cerebrium, a serverless GPU cloud for real-time AI inference, since February 2024. The scope is head of product: strategy and quarterly planning, pricing and unit economics, security and compliance as the named Data Protection Officer, delivery, and the customer relationships that come with all of it. Trained as a software engineer; thirteen years across product, engineering, and founding.

Experience

Senior Technical Product Manager, Cerebrium

Serverless GPU cloud for real-time AI inference, running across multiple cloud providers. Also the named Data Protection Officer.

Strategy and planning

Writes the annual strategy and drives quarterly planning, negotiating the roadmap with the CEO: market position, customer asks, long-term objectives, and technical debt weighed in one plan. Refined the product-led growth strategy and gives go-to-market the insight that shapes the ideal customer profile. Benchmarks model performance and competing platforms. Supported the Series A with pitch preparation, financial modelling, and clean revenue reporting for due diligence.

Unit economics and pricing

Keeps the fleet balanced between cost and performance and leads every cost-saving exercise on the platform. Informs enterprise contract pricing from usage, capacity, and growth patterns, and supplies the analysis behind reservation and savings-plan decisions. Established the product metrics framework, acquisition through revenue, and built the administrative platform that makes it visible: cloud costs mapped to customer usage for true margins, realtime revenue, and daily AI reports to Slack.

Security and compliance

The named Data Protection Officer. Ran SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 and ISO 27001 end to end, through the final audits, and keeps the company compliant under GDPR and HIPAA. Runs the quarterly ISMS and security reviews and owns the evidence gathering behind them.

Customers

Works forward-deployed with customers, helping teams ship realtime multimodal voice, LLM serving, and AI agents. Tunes deployed models, finds the most efficient compute for each workload, onboards new teams directly, and runs their support, turning platform issues into priorities. When usage and growth plans justify it, negotiates better pricing on the customer's behalf.

Developer experience

Champions the voice of the customer inside engineering, turning usage patterns and community feedback into user experience and design improvements. Manages feature requests, the public roadmap, and the product newsletter. Writes the onboarding, documentation, technical content, and code examples that make the platform easy to build on.

Delivery and operations

Leads the product meetings and sees features through: scoping with the CEO and engineering, acceptance testing, documentation, release, and customer release notes. Ships production code, from full features to the priority fixes that keep engineering focused, and builds prototypes engineering can take straight to production. Owns incident response and the day-to-day engineering processes, and manages the cloud provider relationships.

Delivered to market

GPU checkpointing

Restores a model's full GPU state, weights and compiled kernels included, in seconds instead of rebuilding it: cold starts cut by more than 80% on some workloads.

Global distribution

A highly available global router: one deployment served worldwide, routed on latency, capacity, and health, with new regions brought online across three continents.

Multi-region, multi-cloud

Workloads pinned to a geography and replicated across regions and cloud providers, built for data sovereignty.

Faster builds

Custom container image builds sped up by 83%, with image distribution rethought to remove cold-start weight.
